美国明尼苏达大学经济系Narayana Kocherlakota教授将于2008年10月20日-10月22日在中国经济与管理研究院讲授《新公共财政理论》(The New Dynamic Public Finance) 课程，请中国经济与管理研究院数理经济与数理金融实验班、2006级硕士研究生、2007级硕士研究生、博士生做好准备，同时也欢迎本校其他院系以及其他高校感兴趣的老师和同学免费参加。

Narayana Kocherlakota教授简介：

“Narayana Kocherlakota is currently serving as chair of the department of Economics at University of Minnesota. He teaches in the areas of monetary economics, public finance, financial economics and macroeconomics. He is also the Coordinating Editor of the Review of Economic Dynamics and consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.”
